ONTARIO'S 8 TURTLES

There are eight turtle species native to Ontario. The turtles that call Ontario home are the Blanding's Turtle, Eastern Musk Turtle, Northern Map Turtle, Snapping Turtle, Spiny Softshell, Spotted Turtle, Wood Turtle, and the Painted Turtle. Each species has their own story, unique characteristics, and appearance, making them remarkable in many ways.
