You’ll find all sorts of seasonal excitement, like the Touch A Truck for the little (and not-so-little) vehicle fans, Egg-stravaganza, a classic Easter Egg Hunt, and plenty of creative Easter crafts to explore hosted by the Hastings Highlands Public Library.

Whether you’re hunting for something sweet, something special, or just soaking up the friendly community atmosphere, there’s truly something for everyone.

Think Turtle

We’ll be there too! Stop by the Think Turtle booth to learn how you can help protect Ontario’s turtles. We’ll have our popular Watch 4 Turtles signs, car magnets, stickers, t-shirts, earrings, and other turtle-themed goodies, some educational, some just plain fun. Every purchase helps support our education programs and efforts to recover turtle species. Small actions really do add up!

Crafting 4 Turtles

You’ll also find a wonderful selection of handmade items through our Crafting 4 Turtles initiative, created by talented makers from the community and surrounding areas. Look for crocheted turtles, festive cards, turtle-inspired home décor, and other creative surprises. Best of all, 100% of proceeds from these special items go directly to caring for injured turtles at the Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre, home to Ontario’s only turtle hospital.

We can’t wait to see you at the Maynooth Easter Market, it’s going to be a great day!

When you visit, take a moment to learn about turtle conservation in our region and how small, simple actions can make a real difference as turtles begin to emerge this spring. You can also browse conservation-themed items that help support ongoing education and protection efforts.

These items are not just products, but reminders of our shared responsibility to care for the landscapes and waterways that turtles call home.

Each purchase helps strengthen local stewardship and contributes to real, on-the-ground conservation work here in Ontario.
